Mary: I started working in accounting at AGL at the end of 2018.
My business studies with a focus on accounting and controlling gave me a solid foundation. Since starting at AGL, I've continued to develop and now assume responsibility for accounts receivable accounting. At the same time, I'm completing further training to become a certified public accountant to further my professional development.
I really enjoy the variety in my job and am happy to be part of a great team.
Sarah: At the beginning of 2019, I started working as a student employee at AGL, supporting the management team while also working in marketing. During this time, I also wrote my bachelor's thesis here at the company, which helped me combine theory and practice well. My studies in International Logistics Management prepared me extremely well for this. Today, I work with Mary in accounting and am responsible for accounts payable. I've also taken up marketing again and handle it together with a colleague. For me, it's the perfect mix of numbers and creativity.
In collaboration with our management team, we've already been able to realize many projects at AGL, especially in the area of digitalization. We greatly appreciate the freedom we have here and the independence we're allowed to work independently. New ideas are openly discussed and debated.
Although Mary and I are very different in terms of backgrounds and personalities, we complement each other perfectly. Our open and honest approach creates a great working relationship, which we greatly value.
