In July 2024, Alexander Global Logistics established a new subsidiary Alexander Global Logistics China Co. Ltd. with A-license, replacing from its former role as China Representative office. This enables AGL to provide all operational services for clients in China.

At present, the team in China is expanding with a dedicated operations manager and sales manager leading the company’s operations. We offer comprehensive solutions for air freight, sea freight, rail transportation between China and Europe, as well as bonded warehousing in key coastal cities to pulp & paper customer, especially for loading- and -uploading project cargo offering reliable and tailored services to support diverse requirements and running almost smoothly. Our goal focuses on providing customers with flexible and high-quality services.

Over the past one and half year, our China team, joint with our German colleagues, has been continuously handling large drums produced in China and exported to Germany.

The client required that at every step—unpacking, procurement of reinforcement materials, loading, reinforcement and delivery—be handled carefully to ensure the goods arrived intact and on time according to their requirements.

The biggest challenge was the goods were easy to damage from forklifts during unloading. To solve this problem, we implemented protective measures on the forklifts to prevent direct contact with the cargos. As a result, we maintained a flawless damage-free record in all shipments. This achievement has earned us the trust of the manufacturer in our service reliability.
