WE ARE LOOKING FOR OUR WAREHOUSE IN WILHELMSHAVEN: Warehouse Business Operations Specialist (Full-Time, m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
- Development of new business partnerships
- Expansion of commercial cooperations in the field of warehousing
- Support of daily warehouse operations, including goods receipt, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping while adhering to safety and efficiency standards
- Familiarity with warehouse layout and facility management
- Participation in inventory audits and optimization of storage space
- Support in logistical supply chain processes, coordination of transport arrangements, and tracking of shipment status
- Execution of physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving goods
- Maintenance of data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accuracy and real-time updates
YOUR PROFILE
- You have experience in warehouse operations
- Basic knowledge of warehouse construction (e.g., load-bearing capacity of racks, fire protection layout)
- Knowledge of ISO or German warehouse safety standards (e.g., DIN/GS certification)
- Understanding of the entire logistics supply chain; experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage
- Ability to perform physical work and adapt to shift work or high-intensity environments
- You have a valid forklift operator license
- Confident handling of manual handling equipment
- Fluent in German and English (at least B1 level for daily communication and documentation)
- Chinese language skills are an advantage
- Confident use of common MS Office applications
- You have strong team skills
