Additional core business areas include project logistics, ocean freight, Eurasian rail transport, and air freight. As an IATA-certified agent, we offer tailor-made logistics solutions for worldwide imports and exports.
- Strategic responsibility for the entire sales department
- Strong focus on active acquisition of new customers
- Development and implementation of sales strategies as well as identification and expansion of new markets
- Negotiation of terms and framework agreements with new customers and business partners
- Responsibility for sales, budget, and results within the sales department
- Close collaboration with management in defining and implementing the company strategy
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of professional experience in sales
- Completed commercial training or degree in business administration or a related field
- Strong network within the industry
- Distinct sales personality with confident demeanor and proven closing skills
- Excellent German and English skills as well as willingness to travel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to inspire customers as equals
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation, and result orientation
