AGL report the successful completion of the 2nd shipment of heavy and OOG dismantled cranes (pictured below during truck loading and transport with 5,6 m width) from the Chinese port of Xiamen to Bahrain. The first project shipment took place at the end of December consisting of approximately 1,800frt and the second now moves with another 600frt.

Both shipments were organized in part-charter vessels arranged by AGL. The Chinese supervision, handling and pre-carriage was completed in close cooperation with Columbia Pro-Rail Transport Services. This displays another excellent example of AGL’s Global network working together perfectly.

AGL was the forwarding contact for the customer for all the work in China, sea freight (chartering), documentation, customs clearance at both ends, and the supervision in Bahrain done by their own skilled marine surveyors.
